Fashion Forward NA-KD Uses Crowd-Powered Trends to Drive Sales

With its customers at the heart of everything it does, online fashion giant NA-KD is using Taggstar to give its customers the best online shopping experience across all channels. It started testing Taggstar in 2016, and our messages are now shown on 100% of site traffic.

We love how social sharing in close collaboration with some of the most sought-after influencers in the fashion industry is core to NA-KD’s relationship with its customers.  


Its web experience is built around making the most of its crowd of influencers and customers. It’s a social vibe, with social follower counts, use of social icons, love heart ‘likes’, social sharing and more, to crowd-source and share shopper feedback.  

Because Taggstar reflect crowd-powered product trends for every single product as it is viewed, liked and bought, our social proof messages were a perfect match for the site, and NA-KD uses our messages on its product detail (PDP) pages. The brand has chosen audience (views) and purchase (sales) counts, trending products, and last purchased (“Bought 30 seconds ago”).

Over the course of four experiments, NA-KD has tracked up to 3.6% conversion rate uplift.
