Many people will be new to shopping online and they’ll appreciate guidance. Social proof messaging acts like a virtual store associate, helping shoppers quickly find what they need, compare products and make good choices. It also promotes a sense of community and builds confidence in the online shopping experience.

You can ask them to review the tone of voice of your current messaging and make sure it’s right for now, and that the text is as relevant and helpful as it can be.
